Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PDZ domain-containing proteins, such as PSD-95 and GRIP, play key roles in glutamate receptor plasticity.
GRIP-associated proteins (GRASPs) that bind to distinct PDZ domains within GRIP also regulate glutamate receptor function.
GRASP-1 is a neuronal rasGEF associated with GRIP and AMPA receptors in vivo (Scannevin and Huganir, 2000).
Recent studies suggest GRASP-1 may regulate neuronal ras signaling and contribute to AMPA receptor distribution regulation by NMDA receptor activity (Ye et al., 2000).
