The Human Hematopoietic Lineage Flow Cocktail contains FITC-conjugated antibodies that can be used to identify, enrich, and/or deplete cells committed to the T, B, NK, myeloid, and erythroid lineages based on their expression of cell surface antigens.
This cocktail includes the following antibodies:
- Anti-Human CD2 (RPA-2.10) FITC
- Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) FITC
- Anti-Human CD14 (61D3) FITC
- Anti-Human CD16 (CB16) FITC
- Anti-Human CD19 (HIB19) FITC
- Anti-Human CD56 (TULY56) FITC
- Anti-Human CD235a (HIR2) FITC
Applications Reported: Human Hematopoietic Lineage FITC Cocktail has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. Use at 20 µL per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically (10^5–10^8 cells/test).
