Description:
The Human Hematopoietic Lineage APC Cocktail contains APC-conjugated antibodies that can be used to identify, enrich, and/or deplete cells committed to the T, B, NK, myeloid, and erythroid lineages based on their expression of cell surface antigens.

Applications Reported:

• Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:

• Pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells.
• Use at 20 µL per test.
• A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL.
• Cell number should be determined empirically (typically 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
