Target Information
KTELC1, also known as CLP46, is a glucosyltransferase involved in protein modification and glycosylation.
It encodes a 392-amino-acid protein with a molecular weight of 46 kDa and undergoes glycosylation modification.
KTELC1 is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum lumen and is abundantly expressed in liver, brain, heart, skeletal muscle, spleen, kidney, placenta, lung, and peripheral blood leukocytes.
It may play a role in cell proliferation and the Notch signaling pathway.
