A-kinase anchor proteins (AKAPs)는 protein kinase A의 조절 서브유닛과 결합하여 효소를 세포 내 특정 위치에 고정시키는 역할을 하는 다양한 구조의 단백질 그룹입니다.
AKAP9 유전자는 AKAP 계열의 구성원으로, 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 centrosome과 Golgi apparatus에 위치하는 두 가지 이상의 isoform을 생성합니다.
