For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

This gene belongs to the frizzled gene family, encoding 7-transmembrane domain proteins that act as receptors for Wnt signaling proteins.
The encoded protein includes a signal peptide, a cysteine-rich domain in the N-terminal extracellular region, and seven transmembrane domains. Unlike other family members, it lacks a C-terminal PDZ domain-binding motif.
It functions as a negative regulator of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling cascade, inhibiting oncogenic transformation, cell proliferation, and apoptosis suppression.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
