For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The membrane-associated protein encoded by this gene belongs to the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily. ABC proteins transport various molecules across cellular membranes and are classified into seven subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, White).
This protein is part of the MDR/TAP subfamily, which is involved in multidrug resistance. It functions as an ATP-dependent drug efflux pump with broad substrate specificity, reducing drug accumulation in multidrug-resistant cells and contributing to anticancer drug resistance. Additionally, it acts as a transporter in the blood-brain barrier.
