Target Information
The KDM6A gene is located on the X chromosome and corresponds to a Y-linked gene encoding a tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) protein. The encoded protein contains a JmjC-domain and catalyzes the demethylation of tri- or dimethylated histone H3.
