• In direct ELISAs, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-1 R6 is observed.
• Less than 5% cross-reactivity with rhIL-18 R beta, rhIL-1 RI, and rhIL-1 RII.

• Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).

Target Information

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the interleukin 1 receptor family. Experimental evidence indicates that this receptor does not bind interleukin 1 alpha or beta with high affinity.
This gene, along with IL1R1, IL1R2, IL1RL1, and IL18R1, forms a cytokine receptor gene cluster located on chromosome 2q12.
