Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISA, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse GFR alpha-3 and GFR alpha-4 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Brainstem-restricted receptor for GDF15 which regulates food intake, energy expenditure, and body weight in response to metabolic and toxin-induced stresses (PubMed:28953886, PubMed:28846097, PubMed:28846098, PubMed:28846099).
