- In sandwich ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human EGFR or IGF-1R is observed.

Target Information
MET (c-Met) is a receptor-like tyrosine kinase whose dysregulation has been linked to many human malignancies. Upon ligand activation, MET interacts with PI3-kinase subunit PIK3R1, PLCG1, SRC, GRB2, and STAT3, leading to activation of signaling cascades such as RAS-ERK, PI3K-AKT, and PLCγ-PKC.
MET is involved in embryonic development (gastrulation, muscle and neuron development, angiogenesis, kidney formation) and adult processes (wound healing, organ regeneration, tissue remodeling).
It has been associated with cancers including gastric, renal, and breast cancers, making it a key target for cancer therapeutics and diagnostics.
