• 본 항체는 recombinant zebra fish BMP-2 및 rhBMP-4와 100% 교차 반응하며, rhBMP-3, -3b, -6과는 20–40%, rhBMP-5, -10, -15과는 반응하지 않습니다.
• 재구성 시 멸균 PBS에 0.5 mg/mL로 용해합니다.
• Endotoxin 수준은 LAL 분석 기준 1 µg 항체당 <0.10 EU입니다.
• Western blot: 1 µg/mL (비환원 조건에서만 사용)
• Neutralization: ATDC5 mouse chondrogenic cell line에서 BMP-2 유도 alkaline phosphatase 생성을 억제함. ND₅₀는 1 µg/mL rhBMP-2 및 2 µg/mL heparin 존재 시 5–15 µg/mL.
• 또한 rhBMP-4 유도 활성도 중화하며, ND₅₀는 75 ng/mL rhBMP-4 존재 시 약 3 µg/mL입니다.

Bone Morphogenic Proteins (BMP)은 TGF-beta 슈퍼패밀리에 속하며, 뼈와 연골 형성에 관여합니다. 성숙한 BMP는 30–38 kDa 단백질로 TGF-beta 유사 cysteine knot 구조를 가집니다. BMP는 뼈 기질 단백질 생성을 자극하고, 세포 증식, 분화, 형태 형성에 영향을 미칩니다. 또한 BMP는 dorsal/ventral 패터닝 및 Smad 신호전달 경로 활성화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
