Target Information
DYRK2 (dual-specificity tyrosine-(Y)-phosphorylation regulated kinase 2)는 세포 성장 및 발달에 관여하는 단백질 키나아제 계열에 속합니다. DYRK2는 E. coli에서 발현 시 tyrosine 자가 인산화를 나타내며, in vitro에서 히스톤 H3 및 H2B의 인산화를 촉진합니다. 또한 DYRK2는 DNA 손상 반응 시 p53을 조절하여 세포 사멸을 유도합니다.
