Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.

Target Information
Epsin2 is involved in the formation of clathrin-coated invaginations and endocytosis.
It binds to EPS15 (via NPF repeat domain), AP-2, and clathrin (via DPW repeat domain).
Localized in cytoplasmic punctate structures associated with clathrin-coated vesicles, concentrated near the Golgi complex.
Highest expression in brain; lower levels in lung and liver.
