Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of ~1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
YAP (Yes-Associated Protein) is a transcriptional co-activator and oncogene, belonging to the WW domain family. It is a key downstream effector in the Hippo signaling pathway, which regulates organ size, tumor suppression, proliferation, and apoptosis. YAP also contributes to tissue tension, 3D tissue shape, cell proliferation, and migration.
Mutations in the IRF5 gene may result in coloboma.
