Target Information
OPRD1은 불안, 우울, 통증 조절에 관여하는 오피오이드 수용체입니다. 기분 장애 및 약물 중독 치료에서 유망한 표적이며, 델타 및 카파 오피오이드 수용체는 이합체를 형성하여 상호 작용합니다. OPRD1은 주로 뇌에서 발현되며, 특히 대뇌피질, 꼬리핵, 해마, 측좌핵, 피각에서 높은 발현이 보고되었습니다. 소뇌, 시상하부, 흑질, 시상에서는 낮은 발현이 관찰됩니다. 알츠하이머병 환자의 편도체와 파킨슨병 환자의 피각에서 OPRD1 발현이 감소한 것으로 보고되었습니다.
