Target Information
OCT-2는 POU homeo-domain 계열의 전사인자로, Ig 유전자 옥타머 부위에 결합하여 B세포 특이 유전자의 발현을 조절합니다. OCT-2 단백질은 B세포에 국한되지 않으나, 이들 세포에서 발현 수준이 매우 높습니다. 특히 germinal center 유래 림프종에서 OCT-2 발현이 현저히 증가하며, 다른 B세포 림프종에서도 높은 발현이 관찰됩니다.
