Target Information
OCT-2는 POU 홈도메인 계열의 전사 인자로, Ig 유전자 옥타머 부위에 결합하여 B세포 특이적 유전자의 발현을 조절합니다. OCT-2 단백질 발현은 B세포에 국한되지 않지만, 이 세포에서 현저히 높습니다. OCT-2 발현은 생식 중심 유래 림프종에서 유의하게 증가하며, 다른 B세포 림프종에서도 높은 수준으로 나타납니다.
