• The formulation was updated from PBS with 0.02% thimerosal to PBS without thimerosal on March 31, 2024.
  Lot numbers greater than 2855945 will not contain thimerosal.
• Store at -20°C until opened.
• Reconstitute using 1 mL PBS (pH 7.2) to yield a 1 mg/mL stock solution.
• After reconstitution without stabilizer, stable for ~3 months at 4°C.
• For long-term storage, add glycerol to 50% (v/v), aliquot, and store at -20°C (stable up to one year).
• If reconstituted in buffer with preservative (e.g., PBS with 0.02% thimerosal), stable up to one year at 4°C.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with high specificity for mouse immunoglobulins.
They are used for detection, sorting, or purification of mouse targets and provide increased versatility across detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Signal amplification is achieved as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to one primary antibody.
These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) for high specificity.
