• Specific activity of AP conjugates: approximately 150–350 units/mg
• One unit = enzymatic activity required to hydrolyze 1.0 µmol of p-nitrophenyl phosphate to p-nitrophenol and inorganic phosphate in 60 seconds at 21°C, pH 10
• Reconstitution: add 0.5 mL deionized water to obtain a 2 mg/mL stock solution

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins.
These antibodies are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of mouse targets.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled mouse immunoglobulins, then purified and modified through immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, or label conjugation for high specificity.
