Target Information

Mouse DcTRAILR1 및 DcTRAILR2(decoy TRAIL receptors 1 and 2)는 TRAIL의 수용체로 알려져 있습니다(Schneider et al., 2001). 그러나 과발현 시 NF-κB 활성화 또는 세포사멸을 유도하지 않으며, 이는 TRAIL 수용체의 일반적 반응과 다릅니다. 이러한 이유로 이들은 ‘decoy receptors’로 불립니다. 세포는 실제 TRAIL 수용체보다 decoy 수용체를 더 많이 발현함으로써 TRAIL의 세포독성 작용으로부터 보호받을 수 있습니다(Bouralexis et al., 2005).
DcTRAILR1은 176개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질(GenBank: NP-077252.2)이며, DcTRAILR2는 198개의 아미노산 단백질(GenBank: AAN87807.1)입니다.
