Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
LUZP4 acts as an export adapter involved in mRNA nuclear export in cancer cells.
It binds and enhances the RNA-binding activity of the nuclear RNA export factor NXF1 and can restore mRNA export function in cells compromised by loss of mRNA export adapters.
