Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human TFPI-2, rhTFPI-1, and recombinant mouse TFPI-1 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
TFPI2 may play a role in the regulation of plasmin-mediated matrix remodeling. It inhibits trypsin, plasmin, factor VIIa/tissue factor, and weakly factor Xa. TFPI2 has no effect on thrombin.
