In direct ELISAs, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse LILRCI is observed.
Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat LILRC2 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

LILRA5 may play a role in triggering innate immune responses. It does not appear to be involved in class I MHC antigen recognition.
