Target Information
Mouse IgM은 항원이 감지되었을 때 B 세포에 의해 생성되는 면역글로불린 M 항체입니다. 면역 반응 초기에 가장 먼저 생성되는 항체로, 혈청 내에서 가장 큰 크기를 가지며 5개의 heavy chain과 5개의 light chain으로 구성됩니다. 보체 활성화 및 항원 응집에 관여하며, 선천 면역 반응에서 병원체를 중화하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. Mouse IgM은 ELISA, Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용에 널리 사용됩니다.
