Target Information
Mouse IgM은 항원에 대한 면역 반응 시 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 M 항체입니다. 면역 반응 초기에 가장 먼저 생성되는 항체로, 혈청 내에서 가장 큰 크기를 가지며, 다섯 개의 중쇄와 다섯 개의 경쇄로 구성되어 있습니다. 보체 활성화 및 항원 응집에 관여하며, 선천 면역 반응에서 병원체 중화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Mouse IgM은 ELISA, Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용에서 널리 사용됩니다.
