Target Information
Mouse IgM은 항원에 대한 반응으로 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 M 항체입니다. 면역 반응 초기에 가장 먼저 생성되는 항체로, 혈청 내에서 가장 큰 분자량을 가지며 보체 활성화 및 항원 응집에 관여합니다. 선천 면역반응에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 병원체를 중화하여 적응 면역이 활성화되기 전 방어 기능을 수행합니다. Mouse IgM은 ELISA, Western blotting, 면역조직화학 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용 분야에서 널리 사용됩니다.
