For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Retinoid-related orphan receptor beta (RORβ) is a nuclear receptor (NR1 family) involved in the development and function of the central nervous system, including sensory input integration and circadian rhythm regulation.
Disruption of RORβ in mice leads to juvenile ataxia, retinal degeneration, circadian rhythm abnormalities, and delayed male fertility onset.
RORβ binds monomeric response elements containing the sequence AnnTAGGTCA.
An alternatively spliced isoform, RORβ2, is expressed in the pineal gland and retina, sharing common DNA- and ligand-binding domains with RORβ but differing in the N-terminal domain.
Expression of RORβ has been documented in various regions of the mouse brain.
