Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Galactose-specific lectin that binds IgE. May mediate stimulation of endothelial cell migration with CSPG4 via alpha-3, beta-1 integrin. Together with DMBT1, required for terminal differentiation of columnar epithelial cells during early embryogenesis.
Acts as a pre-mRNA splicing factor in the nucleus. Involved in acute inflammatory responses including neutrophil activation and adhesion, monocyte/macrophage chemoattraction, opsonization of apoptotic neutrophils, and mast cell activation.
