Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the DEAD box protein family. The protein functions as an RNA helicase located in P-bodies and stress granules, playing a role in translation suppression and mRNA degradation. It is required for microRNA-induced gene silencing.
