PA1-511A는 인간, 마우스 및 랫드 조직의 Glucocorticoid Receptor(GR)를 검출합니다.
재구성 시, 바이알을 짧게 원심분리한 후 50 µL PBS를 첨가하여 최종 농도 1 mg/mL로 맞춥니다.
본 항체는 Western blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry에 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
Western blot에서 랫드 간 추출물의 약 97 kDa 단백질을 검출합니다.
HeLa 세포에서 GR 염색 시, 리간드 부재 시 세포질 내 염색, 호르몬 처리 후 핵 내 염색이 관찰됩니다.
면역원은 인간 GR의 D(346)~C(367) 잔기에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드이며, 동일 펩타이드(PA1-511A immunizing peptide, Cat. # PEP-001)는 중화 및 대조 실험용으로 사용 가능합니다.

여러 프로모터, 스플라이싱 및 번역 개시 부위의 다양성으로 인해 여러 전사 변이체 및 이소폼이 존재합니다.
GR 유전자의 변이는 글루코코르티코이드 저항성(코르티솔 저항성)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
활성화를 위해 샤페론 단백질 복합체와의 결합이 필요하며, 덱사메타손 등 스테로이드와 나노몰 농도 수준의 친화도로 결합합니다.
