This antibody may be used as a coating antibody in sandwich ELISA in combination with MA5-16790 as the detection reagent.
Rat anti-Mouse IgG2a Heavy Chain antibody, clone LO-MG2a-9, recognizes the mouse gamma 2a heavy chain, binding to all allotypes and does not cross-react with other murine immunoglobulin classes or subclasses.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies offer versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
