Target Information
LZTR1는 BTB-kelch 초과가족의 구성원으로, 처음에는 기본 leucine zipper-like 단백질과의 약한 상동성을 바탕으로 전사 조절 인자로 제시되었습니다. 이후 연구에서 이 단백질은 골지 네트워크에만 국한되어 위치하며, 골지 복합체의 안정화에 기여할 수 있음이 밝혀졌습니다.
이 유전자의 결실은 DiGeorge 증후군과 관련이 있을 수 있으며, 이는 세 번째 및 네 번째 인두낭 발달 결함으로 인해 흉선과 부갑상선의 결손, 선천성 심장 이상 및 안면 기형을 유발할 수 있습니다.
LZTR1은 apoptosis 유도 시 티로신 인산화 후 분해됩니다.
