Target Information
LILRB2 (ILT4) 유전자는 leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR) 패밀리에 속하며, 염색체 19q13.4 영역에 위치합니다. 이 단백질은 B class LIR 수용체 하위군에 속하며, 2~4개의 extracellular immunoglobulin domain, transmembrane domain, 그리고 2~4개의 cytoplasmic ITIMs를 포함합니다.
이 수용체는 면역 세포에서 발현되어 항원제시세포의 MHC class I 분자와 결합하여 면역 반응을 억제하는 음성 신호를 전달합니다. 염증 반응과 세포독성 조절에 관여하며, 자가반응을 제한하는 역할을 합니다. 여러 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
