Product Specific Information
This antibody shows 50–100% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse VEGF120, VEGF164, recombinant human VEGF121, VEGF165, and VEGF189, and no cross-reactivity with rmVEGF115.
It recognizes an epitope between amino acids 78–120 of rmVEGF120, which is present in all VEGF isoforms except rmVEGF115.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg antibody (LAL method).
