Product Specific Information
In sandwich ELISAs, no cross-reactivity or interference with recombinant mouse CCL27, recombinant human CCL25, or CCL19 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
The CCL27 gene is one of several CC cytokine genes located on the p-arm of chromosome 9. Cytokines are secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes.
CCL27 is chemotactic for skin-associated memory T lymphocytes and may mediate lymphocyte homing to cutaneous sites. It specifically binds to chemokine receptor 10 (CCR10). Studies in murine models suggest that these interactions play a pivotal role in T cell–mediated skin inflammation.
