eBioscience의 FOXP3 단일클론 항체(PCH101)는 인간 FOXP3 단백질의 아미노 말단에 반응하며, regulatory T 세포(Treg) 연구에 유용합니다.
FOXP3는 49–55 kDa 크기의 전사 조절 인자로, CD4⁺CD25⁺ Treg 세포에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.

PCH101 항체는 인간 PBMC를 대상으로 한 세포내 염색에서 CD25^bright 인구에서 주로 염색되며, 개체 간 변동이 있을 수 있습니다.
이 항체는 rhesus, chimpanzee, cynomolgus에서도 교차 반응합니다.

권장 보조 항체:

• CD4 (OKT4 또는 RPA-T4)
• CD25 (BC96)

Applications Reported: Intracellular staining 후 유세포분석에 적합
Applications Tested: Foxp3/Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set 사용 시 5 µL (0.125 µg)/test 권장

Target Information

FOXP3(Forkhead box protein 3)는 면역 항상성 유지에 필수적인 전사 조절 인자입니다.
CD25⁺CD4⁺ 조절 T세포에 고도로 발현되며, FOXP3 유전자의 결함은 마우스에서 scurfy 표현형, 인간에서 IPEX 증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
여러 전사 변이체가 존재하며, 암세포 내에서는 p53에 의해 발현이 조절됩니다.
