Target Information
CD11, along with CD18, forms a heterodimer adhesion molecule. CD11 consists of CD11a, CD11b, and CD11c subunits.
- CD11a: Expressed in B and T lymphocytes, macrophages, monocytes, neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils
- CD11b: Expressed in monocytes, macrophages, NK cells, some B/T cells, granulocytes
- CD11c: Expressed in monocytes, macrophages, NK cells, some granulocytes, and a subset of lymphocytes
