- 본 항체는 bovine, cat, dog, guinea pig, mouse, rabbit, rat, sheep과 반응하지 않습니다.
- Acetone 고정된 frozen renal biopsy에서 강한 염색이 관찰됩니다 (glomeruli 및 일부 peritubular capillaries).
- Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded 절편에서는 결과가 다소 변동적이며, 88% formic acid로 20분간 전처리 시 개선됩니다.
- Mouse anti-Human C4d antibody, clone 10-11은 분비 단백질 complement component 4d (C4d)를 인식합니다.
Target Information
C4는 classical complement pathway의 구성요소로, 활성화된 C1s에 의해 C4a와 C4b로 절단됩니다.
C2a와 C4b가 결합하여 classical C3 convertase를 형성합니다.
C4의 분자량은 약 204 kDa이며, α (97 kDa), β (75 kDa), γ (33 kDa)의 세 개의 서브유닛으로 구성됩니다.
