Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).


Target Information

TRPM4 is a calcium-activated non-selective (CAN) cation channel that mediates membrane depolarization.
It transports monovalent cations (Na⁺, K⁺, Cs⁺, Li⁺) but is impermeable to Ca²⁺.
Plays a central role in cardiomyocytes, neurons, endocrine pancreas cells, kidney epithelial cells, cochlear hair cells, and more.
Participates in T-cell activation by modulating Ca²⁺ oscillations required for NFAT-dependent IL2 production.
Involved in myogenic constriction of cerebral arteries and insulin secretion regulation.
May contribute to pacemaking or irregular electrical activity under Ca²⁺ overload.
Affects Th1/Th2 cell motility and cytokine production via calcium signaling and NFATC1 localization.
Enhances cell proliferation through up-regulation of the β-catenin signaling pathway.
