Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW) depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C, protected from light, for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

CLCN3 mediates chloride-proton exchange and functions as an antiporter, contributing to endosome and synaptic vesicle acidification.
It may influence vesicle trafficking, exocytosis, and neuronal excitability regulated by protein kinase C, potentially aiding short-term memory formation.
