- Western blot에서 recombinant human Integrin beta 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 및 recombinant mouse Integrin beta 4, 7과 교차 반응 없음.
- 재구성 시 0.5 mg/mL 농도로 멸균 PBS에 용해.
Target Information
Integrin beta 7은 integrin alpha 4 (CD49d)와 결합하여 LPAM-1(alpha4beta7)을 형성하며, 이는 상피내 림프구에서 발현된다. 또한 alpha E (CD103)와 결합하여 HML-1(alphaEbeta7)을 형성하며, 점막 상피 인접 T세포 및 상피내 림프구에서 발현된다.
LPAM-1의 리간드는 VCAM-1(CD106), MAdCAM-1, fibronectin이며, HML-1의 리간드는 E-cadherin(CD324)이다.
Integrin beta 7은 염증 반응 시 백혈구가 내피세포에 부착하고 혈관 외 공간으로 이동하는 과정에 중요한 역할을 한다.
