Target Information
Transforming Growth Factor (TGF) beta 단백질은 배아 발달 중 세포 간 상호작용을 매개하며, 포유류에서 TGF beta 1, 2, 3 세 가지 형태가 존재합니다.
이들은 전구체 단백질로 합성되어 절단 후 112 아미노산 폴리펩타이드 형태로 존재하며, 세포 증식, 분화 등 다양한 생물학적 기능을 조절합니다.
