Target Information
Aquaporin 2 (AQP2)는 신장 집합관에 위치한 호르몬 조절 수분 채널입니다. AQP2 유전자 돌연변이는 인간에서 유전성 신성 요붕증을 유발합니다. Vasopressin에 의해 유도된 cAMP 증가로 인해 AQP2가 serine-256에서 인산화되고 세포 내 소포에서 주세포의 꼭대기막으로 이동합니다. 최근 serine-261이 새로운 인산화 부위로 확인되었으며, vasopressin 처리 시 인산화된 S261 수준이 감소하는 것으로 나타나 vasopressin-의존적 AQP2 이동에 관여함을 시사합니다.
