Target Information
TM4SF1은 transmembrane 4 superfamily(tetraspanin family)에 속하는 단백질로, 대부분 세포 표면에 존재하며 4개의 소수성 도메인을 특징으로 합니다. 세포 발달, 활성화, 성장 및 이동 조절에 관여하는 신호전달을 매개합니다. TM4SF1은 여러 인간 암의 혈관 내피에서 높은 발현을 보이며, TM4SF1의 knockdown은 filopodia 형성 억제, 세포 이동성 감소, 세포질분열 차단, VEGF-A 유도 혈관형성 억제를 유발합니다. 따라서 TM4SF1은 항혈관형성 치료의 잠재적 표적이 될 수 있습니다.
