Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ROS1 is a tyrosine kinase functioning as a growth or differentiation factor receptor.
Protein kinases catalyze the transfer of phosphate groups from ATP to substrate proteins, mediating signal transduction in eukaryotic cells.
They regulate metabolism, transcription, cell cycle, cytoskeletal dynamics, apoptosis, and differentiation.

The protein kinase family, comprising over 500 gene products, is divided into eight major groups based on catalytic domain sequences (PTK or STK).
Tyrosine kinases (TKs) play key roles in cell-cell interaction processes such as differentiation, adhesion, motility, and apoptosis.
Approximately 90 TK genes are known, including receptor TKs (EGFR, EPH, FGFR, PDGFR, TRK, VEGFR) and cytosolic TKs (ABL, FAK, JAK, SRC families).
