Target Information
CD37 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 transmembrane 4 superfamily, 즉 tetraspanin 계열에 속하는 세포막 단백질입니다. 이들 단백질은 네 개의 소수성 도메인을 가지며, 세포 발달, 활성화, 성장, 이동 조절에 관여하는 신호전달을 매개합니다. CD37은 integrin 및 다른 tetraspanin 단백질과 복합체를 형성하며, T세포와 B세포 간 상호작용에 관여할 수 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 다양한 isoform이 생성됩니다.
