Target Information
AMOTL2는 인산화된 SRC의 세포-기질 부착 부위로의 이동을 조절하며, 액틴 필라멘트의 구조 유지에 필요합니다. 또한 Wnt/β-catenin 신호 전달 경로를 억제하고, CTNNB1을 재활용 엔도솜으로 모집하여 핵으로의 이동을 방지합니다. 혈관형성에 관여하며, 내피세포의 극성, 증식, 이동에 역할을 합니다. FGF 유도 MAPK 활성화를 SRC를 통해 선택적으로 촉진합니다.
