The synthetic peptide sequence corresponds to amino acids 315–330 (FNDYNFVFTSFAKKQQ).
Add 0.2 mL of distilled water to obtain a final concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Target Information
The AMD1 gene encodes a key intermediate enzyme in polyamine biosynthesis. Polyamines such as spermine, spermidine, and putrescine are low-molecular-weight aliphatic amines essential for cellular proliferation and tumor promotion. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different proteins have been identified.
