FOXA2 및 Wnt 신호전달 경로의 CTNNB1, TCF 계열 전사 활성화를 억제하며, AES와의 상호작용에 따라 기능이 조절될 수 있습니다. 또한 ESRRG에 대해서는 비정상적인 공동활성화 기능을 보입니다.
